The terms that apply when you use the CAQA Bids website and engage our tender, grant and bid services.
These Bid and Tender Services Terms apply when you access or use CAQA Bids. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended purpose. The information on this website is provided for general information and service-description purposes. Specific terms may also apply to purchases, subscriptions, events, courses, memberships, software, resources, consulting engagements or directory listings.
CAQA Bids is the tender, grant and bid-writing service of CAQA Groups, operated by Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238). This website serves training organisations, education providers, businesses, not-for-profits, community organisations and government suppliers seeking support with tender writing, grant applications, procurement responses, panel applications and bid-quality assurance. These terms explain how the website may be used and set out the standard basis on which our bid and tender services are offered.
Through this website you can learn about and enquire into our core service lines: tender writing and end-to-end bid management; grant application research, writing and review; procurement and panel application responses; capability statements and supporting evidence packs; bid reviews, compliance checks and quality assurance of draft submissions; and win-strategy support such as evaluation-criteria mapping and response planning. Descriptions on this website are general summaries only. The exact services provided to you will be defined in a written proposal, quote or engagement agreement prepared for your organisation, and our Client Engagement Terms apply to all client work.
You may browse this website, read our service information and submit enquiries through our contact and newsletter forms. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape or republish its content without permission, submit false or misleading information, or use the website to distribute unlawful, defamatory or infringing material. We may update, correct or remove website content at any time without notice.
Content on this website, including articles, service descriptions, checklists and examples, is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, probity or procurement advice, and it does not take account of your organisation’s circumstances, the rules of a particular tender or grant program, or the requirements of a specific procuring agency. You should read the official tender or grant documentation for any opportunity you pursue and obtain professional advice where required. Our No-Win Disclaimer explains the limits of what any bid service can promise.
No payments are taken through this website. There is no online checkout, shopping cart or stored payment facility on CAQA Bids. All engagements are scoped and quoted individually after we understand the opportunity, the deadline and the amount of work involved. Fees, payment terms, invoicing arrangements and any deposit requirements are set out in the written proposal or engagement agreement you accept before work begins. Because no payments are made through this website, there is no website refund process; cancellations, variations and any applicable remedies are managed under your engagement agreement and the Australian Consumer Law.
When you engage us, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information about your organisation, supplying the tender or grant documentation and evidence needed for the response, confirming that you are authorised to share any third-party material with us, reviewing and approving drafts within the agreed timeframes, and lodging the final submission with the procuring agency or grant body unless we have agreed in writing to lodge it on your behalf. Deadlines in tenders and grant rounds are fixed by the issuing body, so late, incomplete or inaccurate client input can limit what we are able to deliver.
The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and page designs, is owned by or licensed to Career Calling International Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced or republished without written permission, other than fair dealing permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Ownership and permitted use of documents we prepare for you, and of the templates, checklists and methodologies we use to prepare them, are addressed in your engagement agreement.
We treat tender documents, pricing, partner information and other commercially sensitive material in accordance with our Confidentiality policy. Personal information collected through this website is handled under our Privacy Policy.
We can strengthen the structure, compliance and evidence quality of your bid, but decisions about awarding contracts, funding grants or appointing panel members are made solely by the relevant agency, evaluation panel or funding body. We do not guarantee that any tender, grant application, procurement response or panel application will be successful, and nothing on this website should be read as such a guarantee.
To the extent permitted by law, Career Calling International Pty Ltd excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content, from decisions made by procuring agencies or funding bodies, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Bid and Tender Services Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
